Friends Books, a quality used book store, opened in May in the space formerly occupied by Finders Keepers at 1016 C St.
Organized and operated by the Friends of the San Rafael Public Library, the shop offers books in nearly new condition in more than 30 subject areas plus CDs, DVDs and books on tape.
Friends Books provides a warm, inviting and spacious interior -- perfect for browsing. The garden area in front invites lingering with a good read.
All proceeds benefit the San Rafael Public Library.
